Nelly grew up in a house where silence was expected and fear lived in the walls. She learned early on that speaking too loudly, laughing too freely, or asking too many questions brought consequences she couldn’t control. She spent most of her childhood tucked away in a small upstairs room, watching the world through a single window she wasn’t allowed to open. That room became her entire world, her sanctuary and her prison.
Her passing came quietly, the result of long term neglect and isolation rather than a single moment. When her body failed, her spirit didn’t move on. She remained in the room where she had spent most of her life, confused, frightened, and desperate for someone to notice her. Over the years, her energy grew stronger, sharper, and more determined to be heard.
We managed to call her through our portal, it tool a while for her to trust us but eventually she did and she left that small room behind. 
Nelly’s activity is intense and unmistakable. She shakes doors violently, bangs on windows, and creates sudden cold spots that feel like someone standing directly behind you. Lights flicker when she enters a room, and shadows stretch unnaturally along the walls. She often appears as a thin silhouette in doorways or as a pale face reflected in glass. Her presence is heavy, emotional, and impossible to ignore.
Despite her dark past, Nelly is not malicious. Her intensity comes from years of being silenced. Now she demands to be acknowledged, and once she bonds with you, her energy shifts into fierce loyalty and protective awareness.
She isn't a negative spirit, just one that wants to be heard and understood.

🌙 Who We Are 
We grew up under the care of our aunt, a respected paranormal investigator and spiritual consultant. After losing our parents, she welcomed us into her home on a quiet island in Kent, where she taught us the mysteries of the paranormal.  
When she passed, we chose to continue her life’s work. Today, we travel the world investigating paranormal cases and caring for her collection. Bobby, our cousin, is a skilled demonologist. Cat is gifted with clairvoyance, while Ali sees visions across time. Together, we practice mediumship, witchcraft, Reiki, and crystal healing. We also work with spirits, demons, Genies, and Djinn, offering spells and guidance.  
We never charge for our help. Our work is supported through the careful adoption of select vessels from our collection. We remain available to guide guardians of these spirits, and we ask that adopters commit to giving them a permanent home.
